  • Cancellation by Explore Cambodia Ltd.: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient bookings or extreme weather conditions. In this case, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative tour.

4. Amendments to Booking

  • Changes by the Client: If you wish to amend your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes may be subject to availability and an administrative fee may apply.

  • Changes by Explore Cambodia Ltd.: We may need to make minor changes to the itinerary or services due to operational or safety reasons. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

5. Health and Safety

  • Health Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure you are in good health and physically able to participate in the tour. You must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking.

  • Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients and must cover personal injury, medical expenses, and repatriation costs. Explore Cambodia Ltd. is not liable for any medical expenses or unforeseen incidents during the tour.

6. Liability and Responsibility

  • Limitation of Liability: Explore Cambodia Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, and acts of God.

  • Third-Party Services: We use third-party suppliers (e.g., transport, accommodation) to provide certain services during the tour. Explore Cambodia Ltd. is not responsible for the performance or conduct of these third parties.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of Force Majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.), we will offer alternatives where possible. Refunds may not be guaranteed, but we will aim to minimize losses.

All participants must behave in a respectful and lawful manner during the tour. Explore Cambodia Ltd. reserves the right to remove any individual from a tour if their behavior is disruptive or offensive, without a refund.
