When booking flights please note the arrival and departure airport as tours could start and end in different cities. Please ensure that your flight arrives on the start of your experience and departs after your experience finishes. We can however arrange for earlier airport transfers and longer hotel stays should you need to. Please message us to confirm your flight details and if you require us to book further hotel stays for you.

Our tours have been designed so that practically anyone can undertake them with ease and the minibuses act as a great break in-between trips so there is plenty of opportunity's to rest. There's no more than 1 hour of light walking at anyone time with many stops. The ground in places maybe uneven and there are a few occasions where you will need to walk up and down steps. Sadly, it is not suitable for for wheelchairs or people with very limited mobility. All our guides are trained in first aid.

You'll be able to claim a full refund of your deposit within 14 days of your booking, after this time we will be unable to issue you a refund due to promised commitments to our guides. Full payment of the remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of your Tour. The final payment is fully refundable, 48 hours or above, of your tour starting date, minus your deposit. If you're booking this tour and it starts in less than 30 days then a full balance is required immediately upon booking.

Yes, You can change your dates if your tour is not due to start for 30 days or longer. Please message us to make this change.
